I work with arts and cultural organizations, youth-serving nonprofits, schools, enrichment providers and community organizations across North America to turn educational ideas into clear, usable learning systems.
Strong expertise, no curriculum capacity.
Many organizations have subject-matter expertise, talented educators and meaningful program ideas, but no dedicated curriculum-development capacity. A program may have grown organically, instructors may each approach it differently, or a new initiative may need an educational structure before it can launch.
My work connects educational design with implementation: outcomes, sequence and assessment alongside instructor capacity, learner readiness, communication, staffing, enrollment, resources and evaluation.
