Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information when you use our Customer Inquiry platform. We operate primarily under the laws of British Columbia, Canada, but designed this policy to extend protections to users in the United States and Mexico.

1. Jurisdiction & Governance

We are governed by the British Columbia Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). For cross-border inquiries, we comply with the Canadian Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), United States state-level privacy frameworks (including California CCPA/CPRA), and Mexico’s Federal Law on Protection of Personal Information Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).

2. Information We Collect and Purpose

When you submit a customer inquiry, we collect:

  • Personal Identifiers: Full Name, Email Address, and Phone Number (optional).
  • Communications: Any text, context, or details you voluntarily type into our inquiry form.

We use this data solely to process, respond to, resolve, and maintain a historical record of your customer support or sales request.

3. International & Cross-Border Data Transfers

Our cloud application infrastructure utilizes hosting servers located in Canada and the United States. By submitting an inquiry, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that your personal data will be transferred across international borders, stored, and processed outside your home country. This data may be subject to access requests from governments, courts, or law enforcement in those jurisdictions according to local laws.

4. Jurisdiction-Specific User Rights

  • Canada (BC PIPA & PIPEDA): You have the right to access and request corrections to your personal data. We will respond to verified requests within 30 business days.
  • United States (CCPA/CPRA & State Laws): You have the right to request deletion of your information. We explicitly confirm that we do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • Mexico (LFPDPPP - ARCO Rights): You have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel, or Oppose (Derechos ARCO) the processing of your personal data at any time.

5. Data Retention & Erasure

We store inquiry records until they are marked as resolved, or until you request permanent deletion. If you submit a formal request to exercise your “Right to be Forgotten” or “Cancellation” right, your data will be permanently purged from our active operational databases within mandatory statutory timelines.

Records we are legally required to keep, such as issued invoices and signed agreements, are retained for the periods required by accounting, tax and contract law, and are not removed by a deletion request.
