Approach

How an engagement works.

Design decisions connect to implementation: instructor capacity, learner readiness, communication, staffing, enrollment, resources and evaluation are considered alongside outcomes and sequence.

  1. 01

    Discover

We clarify the learner, organizational context, goals, existing materials, constraints and the decisions the project needs to support.

  2. 02

    Design

I develop the learning or program architecture and bring key decisions back to your team at agreed milestones.

  3. 03

    Develop

The approved architecture becomes the curriculum, pathway, resources, program model or strategy defined in the scope.

  4. 04

    Review

Your project lead gathers organizational feedback into consolidated review rounds, so decisions stay clear and efficient.

  5. 05

    Deliver

You receive the agreed final materials, with implementation guidance appropriate to the engagement.

  6. 06

    Support

Where useful, training, launch support, evaluation or ongoing advisory work can be added.

What clients can expect

  • A defined scope, timeline, deliverables and fee before work begins.
  • Clear milestones, so your team decides on structure before detailed development proceeds.
  • Documentation written for the people who will actually use it.
  • Regular communication with one designated project lead.
  • Defined review rounds, so feedback from multiple stakeholders is handled efficiently.
  • Recommendations grounded in the intended learner, your context and the realities of delivery.

Working principles

Learning should be visible

You should be able to state what participants will learn, how the experience builds, and what success looks like.

Design has to survive delivery

A curriculum is useful when real instructors can understand it, adapt it and use it within real constraints.

Structure serves people

Documentation creates consistency; it should not remove instructor judgement or ignore learner difference.

Recommendations have to be usable

Research and strategy should produce decisions, tools and next steps rather than a longer report.

You keep the context; I bring the learning design

You know your learners, staff and constraints. I document the design well enough that your team can carry it forward.
